My professional journey began in 2008 as a skilled welder, where I worked with internationally reputed organizations such as STFA and Manifa. Through strong commitment, technical excellence, and leadership capability, I progressed to supervisory and leadership positions, including Team Leader at Saudi Arabian Baytur Construction Co., where I developed deep expertise in construction operations, welding, industrial safety, and site management. Currently, I am successfully managing a workforce of more than 1500 employees, providing reliable, skilled, and safety-compliant manpower solutions to major industrial projects across Saudi Arabia.
